Trump Revealed Shocking Reason for Not Releasing JFK Assassination Files per Andrew Napolitano

A little-noticed bombshell report on why President Trump did not release all remaining JFK assassination files as required by a 1992 law and remain classified under President Biden.

One incredible piece of news that has somehow escaped any interest by the mainstream news media was the revelation by Judge Andrew Napolitano of President Donald Trump's reason for not releasing all of the remaining files of the JFK assassination in 2017 as required by a 1992 law. To quote directly from Judge Napolitano's interview with The Gateway Pundit's Joe Hoft on March 8, 2023:

"... in one of our interviews (with Trump), he said to me, don’t forget, I’m going to release the JFK files. I said, “I’m not going to forget it Mr. President, on the contrary, I’m going to remind you.”

"The last conversation we had while he was in the White House, which is now about two weeks or 10 days before Joe Biden is being inaugurated, I reminded him of this."

"He said to me, “Yes, you’re quite correct Judge I did say that, but, if you saw what I saw, you wouldn’t release it either. Some day when we’re not on a phone call with 15 other people listening (meaning people in the White House), I’ll tell you what I saw.”

"Now what the hell did he see, … I don’t know. It must have terrified him and he’s one of the strongest character’s I ever known in my life and suddenly he became afraid to follow through on a promise he made, not just to me, but the American public several times. It had to be the CIA…"

President Trump was required to release all of the remaining files in October 2017 as directed in the "President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992." However, Trump only released some of the remaining files to the public.

According to Roger Stone, Trump decided to continue keeping some files classified, because, according to Stone, Trump told him that he could not release the remaining files, "because the information is so horrible, you wouldn't believe it."

The files that Trump did release provided at least three pieces of shocking new information according to Stone:

(1) Lee Harvey Oswald received 1099 forms from the FBI, meaning that he was being paid by the FBI for some kind of work;

(2) Lee Harvey Oswald attended a foreign language school in North Carolina run by the CIA prior to his approximate three-year stay in the Soviet Union from September 1959 to June 1962, supposedly as a defector;

(3) President Lyndon Johnson was a member of the Ku Klux Klan in his younger years in Texas.

Additional new information released in 2017 reveals that Oswald had connections with both the CIA and the FBI. In fact, it has previously been revealed that the last phone call that Oswald attempted to make after his arrest in Dallas was a collect call to a phone number in Raleigh, NC traced to the name of John Hurt, a former special agent of US Army Counterintelligence. Very strange to say the least. Oswald’s last attempted phone call was made the night before he was murdered by Jack Ruby.

In Roger Stone’s best-selling book in 2014, “The Man Who Killed Kennedy: The Case Against LBJ,” Stone makes the case that Lyndon Johnson was the critical conspirator behind the assassination of JFK and that the assassination was executed by covert persons within the CIA and Mafia hit men. He further claims that Lee Harvey Oswald was completely innocent of any involvement in the JFK assassination and was set up by the CIA to be the “fall guy.”

Whatever the truth may be behind the JFK assassination, Donald Trump has promised to release all remaining files relating to the JFK assassination if re-elected in November 2024.
